The Transmitted Command is only given to expatriated bureaucrats such as Provincial Administration Commissions, Surveillance Commissions, Regimental Commanders, Assistant Generals, and Brigade Commanders. The Transmitted Command contains only the title of a post and no names. Since such commands are transmitted between predecessing and succeeding bureaucrats, it is called Transmitted Commands.
